Customer Education

First Visit:
Customers visiting our facility for the first time will go through an intake process where they will receive a primer on Massachusetts regulations surrounding marijuana; how to safely consume, store, and transport their products; and information regarding strains, proper dosage, and desired effects.
Visual and Auditory:
Flyers, pamphlets and other materials will be available at the entry as well as throughout the dispensary sales floor. There will also be signage proximate to the point-of-sale terminals reminding customers about the consequences of product diversion.
In a friendly, approachable manner, customer service representatives will educate customers prior to or at the point of sale about how to safely store, consume, and transport their product.

Takeaway Materials:
Product safety guides and general informational material will be placed in each and every bag to ensure customers have access to safety materials when they intend to utilize the product.
Private Consultation:
The Frosty Nug has contracted the services of Dr. Uma Dhanabalan and Dr. George Lantz to provide periodic consultation sessions at our dispensary. These sessions are intended to provide customers with a private setting to discuss personal inquires relating to cannabis products and proper dosage.
Updates:
Dr. Dhanabalan and Dr. Lantz will also provide a monthly update of the latest industry trends, including ongoing research into the health impacts of cannabis use and studies on efficacy of various cannabinoids on specific illnesses.
